Waking up to the news that there will be no water till 8 pm can in no conditions be termed as an auspicious start to a Sunday morning but that is exactly how my Sunday began. Due to the no show of rains there has been an extreme water shortage in Mumbai and there have been irregularly regular water cuts . I was prepared for the cut but not so early in the day.
