Some commenters on this blog have accused DISD of letting employees who misused their district P-card off the hook — and, in some cases, promoting them. I decided to do some quick research to determine if what they say is true. I used a 2007 district report of employees cited for misusing the cards and my DISD employee roster from Sept. 29, 2008.
