I received the following parable from a friend. I looked around the Internet and saw it posted in a number of other sites. None of them, that I viewed, had it attributed to any one in particular. The copy sent me had David R. Ray, GySgt USMC(RET.) as the supposed author. I seriously doubt that. So let’s just say ‘author unknown’ for now.
