I waited my whole life to buy a home. Not what I expected. Longest sinking of a ship. Countrywide Home Loans, whom I now consider a predatory lender, talked me into buying a home with an Adjustable Rate Morgtage loan. I was told by the loan expert that I could refinance even if the value dropped. Based on this false information, I agreed to the terms and purchased my first home.
